Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase, download, and use of all digital products sold by QualityTemplates.org, a business operated by MNK Consulting LLC.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from QualityTemplates.org, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, QualityTemplates.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own internal business or personal professional purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the product.

All copyrights and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of QualityTemplates.org and MNK Consulting LLC.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Upload products to websites or cloud-sharing platforms for public access.

  • Include our templates in another commercial product.

  • Modify products and sell them as your own.

  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

  • Claim ownership of any QualityTemplates.org content.

  • Offer templates as free downloads.

  • Use our products to compete directly with QualityTemplates.org.

4. Multi-User Organizations

Each purchase is intended for use by the purchasing individual or within a single organization for internal business purposes.

Organizations requiring broader licensing or enterprise use should contact us for licensing options.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital products remain protected by:

  • United States Copyright Law

  • International Copyright Treaties

  • Intellectual Property Laws

This includes:

  • Templates

  • Toolkits

  • Dashboards

  • Word documents

  • Excel workbooks

  • PDF guides

  • Product designs

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Written content

  • Examples

  • Instructions

Purchasing a product grants only a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Violations

  • Permanent suspension of future purchases.

  • Legal action to protect our intellectual property.

  • Recovery of damages and legal costs where permitted by law.

9. Updates

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
